St. John Chrysostom Melkite Catholic Church has a long tradition of sharing the ancestry of the native land of its people and founders through an annual Mideast Festival. The festival shares food, song, dance, and other cultural elements of the Mideast. All enjoy the delicious food, turkish coffee, special desserts, while listening to music and more. A tour of our church is offered, as well as other games, programs, or auctions, depending on the program for the specific year the festival is held. The festival has typically been held in the Spring time frame, typically in the month of May. All are welcome to attend and participate.
