The Church Hall is a 5000 square foot facility that has the following features:

  • 240 chairs and thirty 60″ round tables
  • Each table seats up to 8 people comfortably
  • Lighted parking area for all your guests
  • Full kitchen includes commercial 10 burner stove and dishwasher, two sinks and two refrigerators.
  • Bar area with sink and storage and freezer
  • Large dance floor
  • Stage and podium available for speaking or music events
  • Additional setting tables for wedding cakes, desserts, etc.

CHURCH HALL RULES

  • Church Hall rental not to exceed eight (8) hours. Set up as early as 8:00 am
  • All donation amounts are subject to change without notice. No time or date is reserved until the user(s) has submitted a refundable deposit and a user agreement has been signed by the user and approved.
  • Money orders and checks are made payable to St John Chrysostom Melkite Catholic Church. Please note the date of your event on the money order or check. ALL DONATIONS MUST BE MADE IN FULL AT LEAST THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. DEPOSITS ARE FORFEITED IF THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE IS NOT RECEIVED THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME.
  • Events must end promptly by 11:00pm and users must vacate the Church Hall by 12:00am (Midnight). No exceptions please.
  • The security deposit will be refunded to the renter if the Church Hall and all equipment are left in an acceptable condition.
  • Security is required to be on duty during the entire event if there are 100 or more guests in attendance.
  • Church Hall may be seen by appointment only. Please send email to contact@stjohnmelkite.org for an appointment.
  • The Church Hall will not be rented to individuals under the age of 25
  • It is under the discretion of the church and their agent to what types of events will be allowed to take place.
  • Set-up, breakdown, and clean-up is the responsibility of the renter.
